HOW CAN I GET TICKETS TO A SHOW AT THE SINCLAIR?

You can purchase tickets online by clicking the “BUY TICKETS” button on any show page on our site or over the phone by calling AXS at 855-482-2090. Tickets are also sold in person at the no-fee box office located at The Sinclair Fridays 12-6pm and on nights that shows are happening. Take a peek at our SHOWS to see the door times for upcoming events - the box office is typically open for approximately two hours after doors open for most events.

HOW CAN I GET TICKETS TO BOWERY BOSTON SHOWS THAT ARE NOT AT THE SINCLAIR?

For Bowery Boston shows at Roadrunner and Royale, tickets can be purchased at the no-fee box office located at The Sinclair Fridays 12-6pm and on nights that shows are happening. Take a peek at our SHOWS to see the door times for upcoming events - the box office is typically open for approximately two hours after doors open for most events.

Tickets for Royale are also available at AXS.com or by calling 855-482-2090. Feel free to email info@boweryboston.com if you have further questions about ticket availability.

WHERE DO I FIND SET TIMES FOR SHOWS AT THE SINCLAIR?

Set times vary depending on show and we do not have them until the day of show. Set times are most often posted day of show on The Sinclair's Twitter page or the Facebook Event for the show. Generally, the times listed on the website are door times and the show will begin 30-60 minutes after the time listed, depending on the number of acts playing. PLEASE NOTE: SET TIMES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.

IF A SHOW IS CANCELED, WHERE DO I GET A REFUND?

If a show is canceled, refunds are available at point of purchase. You will be refunded automatically if you purchased a ticket through AXS. Visit AXS Help Center for more info. Please note openers are always subject to change.

WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS IN THE VENUE?

Cash is king! However, we also accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. There are also many banks and ATMs nearby.

HOW OLD DO I HAVE TO BE TO GET INTO THE SINCLAIR?

Age minimums vary from show to show. You must present a government issued I.D. if you are 21+ and plan on drinking alcohol. Security is present at every show to verify your age.

HOW DO I ARRANGE FOR ADA ACCOMMODATIONS?

After securing your tickets, please email us at info@sinclaircambridge.com with you request. You may also call us at 617-547-5200.

WHAT IF THE SHOW IS 18+, MAY SOMEONE UNDER THE AGE OF 18 ENTER?

If you are under the age of 18 you may enter an 18+ show, but you MUST be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. This does not apply for 21+ shows, where you MUST be 21 and over to enter.

DO I NEED TO BRING ID?

Yes! Government issued photo ID is required.

I HAVE A BLOG. DO I COUNT AS PRESS?

Maybe, but don’t ask us. The Bowery Presents doesn’t issue press passes or photo passes. All press inquiries should be directed to the band’s publicist, label or management.

CAN I GET IN FOR FREE?

Maybe, but what are you going to do for us? Relationships are a two-way street. We are always in search of street-teamers and folks to flyer. We can also offer you free admission if you’re named Paul Pierce, Bobby Orr, David Ortiz, or Tom Brady.

CAN I BRING MY CAMERA?

Photo policy varies for different artists and is usually not determined until day of show. You can bring a nonprofessional camera to most shows, and you can inquire about the photo policy at the door or call 617-547-5200 on the day of show. If you are Mick Rock, please send us copies.

DO YOU HAVE A COAT CHECK?

Yes, we have a seasonal coat check.

CAN I SMOKE AT THE SINCLAIR?


No. No. No. Did we say no? Because we meant NO. Per Massachusetts state law, there is a strict no-smoking policy inside The Sinclair. This includes vaping.

IS THERE RE-ENTRY?

Re-entry is allowed for most shows. However, there will be exceptions to this on occasion. Please ask the door staff upon entering the venue if you have any questions.

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

Shirt & shoes required! Otherwise, for concerts, there is no dress code whatsoever.

CAN I BOOK MY BAND AT THE SINCLAIR?

The vast majority of the acts that play here select their own support acts and bring them on tour with them. We rarely have the opportunity to add other bands to the bill. But feel free to email info@boweryboston.com with information about your band (links to music, press clips, where else they’ve played in Boston, etc) because you never know!

OTHER RULES & FAQS FOR THE SINCLAIR
:

  • Tickets purchased in front of the venue are usually counterfeit and admittance will be denied.
  • No fliers, stickers, handbills.
  • You will be ejected for throwing ANYTHING.
  • If you lose an item at a show, please email info@sinclaircambridge.com the following day.
  • All bags are subject to search. No markers, spray paint, weapons (includes pocket knives). Unicorns are welcome.
  • The majority of our shows are general admission, standing room only. Designated seating for persons with disabilities is available, our staff is happy to facilitate, feel free to contact with any questions.
  • You must show proof of age by government issued photo ID and obtain a wristband to be served at the bar.
